Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Each item is made to order to ensure the highest quality. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order Items
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check your size and details before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no extra cost.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective items that cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
